How do I receive my tickets?

Silverjet does not provide paper tickets.  All bookings made with Silverjet, online, via an agent, or via our own call centre will be given an eTicket.

 

What is an eTicket?

An eTicket (electronic ticket) is a paperless version of the traditional airline ticket. Once you have booked your flight, your eTicket reference number is stored in our airline reservation system. That number is also displayed on the confirmation screen during booking and on your confirmation email.

When you arrive at the airport, show the check-in agent your passport and your eTicket reference number and we will issue you with a boarding card. 

 

What’s so good about eTickets?

Not relying on paper tickets means that, with Silverjet, you can book up to four hours before departure time as nothing needs to be posted to you.  You won’t be charged for delivery and you will never be left searching for those paper tickets when you really should be on your way to the airport!
