How do I bookmark www.flysilverjet.com on my phone?
Bookmarking saves your favourite sites so that you can find them again later. Whilst using Silverjet mobile, you can do this by selecting the 'Bookmark', 'Add bookmark' or 'Favourites' option from your phone's menu. The next time you access the internet on your mobile, simply select the Silverjet link from your 'Bookmarks'/'Favourites' menu to connect to Silverjet mobile. How much does it cost to look at Silverjet internet content on my mobile phone?
Silverjet does not charge for its mobile content. However, your operator's charges for using the internet on your phone will apply. Costs vary from operator to operator. Operators may charge for time spent browsing or amount of data downloaded. For example, if an operator charges £2 per MB of data downloaded, it would cost approx. 1 p to read three pages of Silverjet airport information. Consult your operator to find out their specific charges. Please be aware that using data services while outside of your home country or network can be more expensive.

Can I get booking confirmations and text alerts about flights sent to my mobile?
Yes. When you make a booking you can elect to have the confirmation sent to your mobile phone via SMS, and when you create a profile on the regular website you can check the box that will ensure you receive any SMS alerts about your flight, and transport or weather problems that may affect it.

What mobile phones does Silverjet mobile support?
Silverjet mobile has been built to work on virtually all mobile phones and PDAs. If you have difficulty viewing our mobile website on your device, but are able to access other mobile internet sites, please contact us with details of the device you are using. Differences in mobile phone features mean that not all mobile phones are compatible with the mobile website. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee availability on all mobile networks in all territories around the world.

What is WAP?
WAP stands for Wireless Application Protocol, but actually it is just the means to access the internet from your mobile phone. It is not the same as browsing the web on a PC, because WAP only accesses mobile websites that have been specifically designed for mobile phones. The Silverjet mobile website operates over WAP.
