Does the billing address for payment have to be in the departure country?
No, online bookings with Silverjet do not require the billing address of the payment card to be in country of departure, but please be aware that additional forms of identification may be requested.

What do GBP, USD and AED stand for?
GBP is an abbreviation for Great British Pound (£ Sterling), the currency used in the United Kingdom.
USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollars ($), the currency used in the United States.
AED is an abbreviation for Arab Emirates Dirham, the currency used in the United Arab Emirates.
Fare prices are displayed on Silverjet in the currency relating to your country of departure.

When will the payment be debited from my credit card?
As soon as the booking is made, your credit/debit card will be debited, and the payment will show on your next bill.

I am trying to book a flight via your site, but my credit card was refused. Why?
At Silverjet we accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch/Maestro (UK only) and Delta.
If you get a rejection message please try entering your details again. Sometimes, full stops, spaces or commas can get in the way by accident, or the security code given was entered incorrectly. This can cause the credit card checking system to reject the information. The Security Code is a three-digit number on the signature strip of your card, and is an additional extra security measure to help protect against fraudulent use.

How do I book if I don't have a credit card?
A friend or relative can book for you with their credit card. When they making the booking, just make sure that the name of the person who is travelling is entered in the “Passenger details”' section on the “Pay” screen. You will then have to decide whether you or the person you're booking for would like to receive the booking confirmation email.

The Security Code is a three-digit number on the signature strip of your credit card, or in the case of American Express, the four-digit code on the front. This is an additional security measure to help protect against fraudulent use.
