The hotel says I can pay on checkout; why do I still have to enter my credit card details?
Although a number of hotels allow you to pay the full amount of your stay on checkout, to secure your room, the hotel will require credit card details.
If you are just requesting availability for a room, the hotel will not require your credit card details until confirmation of availability.

I have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?
You receive a confirmation email within an hour of booking. If you only requesting a room, you should be contacted within three business hours of making a request, however, this may take up to 24 hours depending on location.
Always make sure you check your bulk/junk email folder to make sure the confirmation has not been redirected there. If the confirmation email is not there, please call us straight away on + 44 (0) 207 307 2797 (09:00 – 01:00 GMT/UK time) so we can help.

Why am I asked to make a request for availability?
Some hotels may not be able to confirm rooms immediately. If this is the case we will make a request to the hotel to see if there are rooms available for the dates you have selected. If the request is successful, we will ask if you would like to confirm the booking.
